Strategy Director

Responsibilities:
•    Participates in China strategic planning cycle supporting the development of mid and long-term strategic plans for China.
•    Assess potential commercial partnerships to evaluate strategic fit with the Werfen product portfolio.
•    Formalize market intelligence on market trends, competitive landscape, commercial partnerships, etc. 
•    Enhance communications with global marketing team across 5 product lines to transmit China market requirements in global R&D decision making.
•    Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and Business Development on above responsibilities.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree and above in a business management, strategic management, or marketing.
•    Corporate strategy experiences, healthcare and MNC background is highly preferred. 
•    Deep insight on Competitors dynamics, familiarity with Health Economics.
•    Demonstrated track record of delivering results and implementing change. 
•    Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills required.
