职位内容
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the sales planning, sales analysis, and distributor management, sales forecast and achievement, so to accomplish or exceed the sales target.
• Be the primary interface between the distributors and Werfen of Northwest in relation to the Werfen business.
• Be overall responsible for sales in the Northwest area through distribution network.
• Be responsible for local marketing activities with distributors.
• Help technical service and application support to ensure distributor’s satisfactory and end-user’s satisfactory.
• Support distributors as the Manufacturer’s representative in the territory.
• Be responsible for sales team management.
• Be able to technically discuss Werfen products vs. competition.
• Keep updated reports of market dynamics, competitors’ activities and any opportunities that might allow Werfen to increase its market penetration in the territory.
• Manage and build effective sales organizations in your territories. Ensure your team is qualified and adequate to achieve company objectives and perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
