Job Summary
Reporting to the IT Manager in China and in liaison with the Corporate IT Department, is responsible to maintain actual solutions and to manage projects aiming at developing / implementing new applications.

Responsibilities
•    Project management: design, development, implementation and follow-up
•    Testing and tools functionality validation
•    Training users
•    Users focus and support  
 

Requirements

•    Rather than deep knowledge or specialization we request an important capacity to learn
•    Has demonstrated experience and a track record of success doing project management and implementation in the field, overcoming resistance to change and being able to communicate in an efficient and effective way 
•    Language fluency: Advanced English, Chinese is a must

•    Technical Skills: Office Suites and collaboration tools. Understanding of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, CSS. Mobile Application Development knowledge is a plus  
•    Analytical Reasoning: Ability to identify, study and define the significant elements that make up a situation or problem, Separating the parts that make it up by using logical and systematic reflection
•    Planning and Organization: Ability to set effective goals, phases, stages and priorities for the achievement of objectives through the development of personal action plans or to third parties, taking into account available resources and establishing supervising and control measures
•    Rigor and Method: Ability to proceed with care, precision and special attention in details, applying a systematic approach and constant control, follow-up and verification of the results which will be reaching
•    Information Management: Ability to obtain relevant information from various sources attending a few specific objectives and to sort it and treat it, selecting the most important, giving priority to it and drawing the appropriate conclusions
•    Communication: Ability to express information clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, in the different registers, environments and communication channels, ensuring understanding and identifying the reactions from the receiver
•    Empathy and Active Listening: Ability to listen to others, capture and understand their concerns, interests and feelings, and to respond in an appropriate way, generating a positive relational climate
•    Team Work: Ability to collaborate, participate and coordinate actively with working groups defined in order to achieve common goals
•    Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to design, plan and implement new and different solutions to problems or situations required in the job, the organization or the user in a changing context
